Narset's Reversal (PWAR-62p) is a blue instant promo from War of the Spark that copies a target instant or sorcery then returns that original spell to its owner’s hand. The card creates a copy you may choose new targets for, and the original spell is removed from the stack rather than being countered. Players commonly use it for tempo plays, copying beneficial spells for themselves while bouncing opponents’ removal or burn.
