God-Eternal Bontu (PWAR-92s foil) is a legendary Zombie God creature from the War of the Spark Promos set. It has menace and an enter-the-battlefield triggered ability that lets you sacrifice any number of other permanents to draw that many cards. Its replacement triggered ability puts it third-from-the-top of its owner’s library if it dies or is exiled, interacting specially with commander and library-size rules.
