Bolas's Citadel (PWAR-79 prerelease stamp) is a legendary artifact promo from the War of the Spark cycle. It lets you look at the top card of your library at any time and permits you to play lands and cast spells from the top of your library by paying life equal to their mana value instead of paying their mana costs. It also has an activated ability that sacrifices ten nonland permanents to have each opponent lose 10 life, providing a late-game win condition or payoff for mass sacrifice strategies.
