Three Wishes (VIS 45) is a rare blue instant from the Visions expansion. It exiles the top three cards of your library face down, lets you look at them and play them until your next turn, and then any unplayed cards are put into your graveyard at the beginning of that upkeep. This effect can accelerate land drops or provide extra spells over two turns by allowing you to cast or play those exiled cards before your next turn begins.
