Paralyze (VMA 132, foil) is a black Enchantment — Aura from Vintage Masters that enchants a creature. When it enters, it taps the enchanted creature and prevents it from untapping during its controller's untap step unless that player pays {4} at upkeep. The effect provides a repeating tap-lock threat with an optional upkeep tax that can be paid once per turn to free the creature.
