Flusterstorm (VMA-68 foil) is a blue instant from the Vintage Masters set. It counters an instant or sorcery unless that spell's controller pays {1}, and it has Storm, creating a copy for each spell cast earlier that turn. In multi-spell turns it can become a potent tempo swing or protection tool by producing multiple copies that may target different spells.
