Council's Judgment (VMA 20, Rare) is a white sorcery that uses the "Will of the council" mechanic from Vintage Masters. When it resolves, each player votes for a nonland permanent you don't control and the permanent(s) with the most votes are exiled. The card is often used as political removal in multiplayer games or as a way to exile problematic permanents without targeting.
