Council's Judgment (VMA-20) is a white sorcery from the Vintage Masters set that uses the Will of the Council mechanic. When it resolves, each player votes for a nonland permanent you don't control and then you exile each permanent with the most votes or tied for the most votes. The voting is done in turn order and players must choose one candidate, which can remove multiple problematic permanents without targeting them.
