Coercive Portal (VMA-266) is a mythic artifact from Vintage Masters. It has a triggered "will of the council" at the beginning of your upkeep where players vote between two outcomes: if carnage wins the Portal is sacrificed and all nonland permanents are destroyed; if homage wins or the vote ties, you draw a card. The card functions as a political multiplayer effect that can either reset the board or provide card advantage depending on how the vote goes.
