Temporal Aperture (USG 310) is a rare artifact from Urza's Saga. For {5} and tapping, it shuffles your library and reveals the top card, and you may play that revealed card that turn without paying its mana cost so long as it stays on top. The effect still requires paying any additional costs on the card and ends if the top card changes or is removed.
