Opal Gargoyle (USG-25) is a common white Enchantment from Urza's Saga. When an opponent casts a creature spell while it is still an enchantment, it triggers and becomes a 2/2 Gargoyle creature with flying. It triggers on the casting of the spell even if that spell is later countered, and once it becomes a creature it is no longer an enchantment.
