When an opponent casts a creature spell, if this permanent is still an enchantment it becomes a 5/5 Angel creature with flying and vigilance. That change occurs on the spell being cast, so it becomes a creature before that spell resolves and is no longer an enchantment while it is a creature, which affects timing and summoning-sickness interactions.
