Exhaustion (USG 74) is an uncommon blue sorcery from Urza's Saga. It prevents all creatures and lands a target opponent controls from untapping during that player's next untap step. The effect applies to permanents that enter the battlefield after Exhaustion resolves, so it can lock down newly played lands or creatures until that untap step ends.
