Raven Familiar (ULG-39) is a blue Creature — Bird from the Urza's Legacy expansion. It has Flying and an Echo cost, and its enters-the-battlefield ability lets you look at the top three cards of your library and put one into your hand. As a 1/2 with a mana value of 3, it serves as a cheap evasive body that provides card selection at the cost of an additional upkeep payment if you want to keep it.
