Angel's Trumpet (ULG 121) is a three-mana artifact from Urza's Legacy that modifies combat behavior for all creatures. It grants vigilance to all creatures and then, at each player's end step, taps that player's untapped creatures that didn't attack and deals that player damage equal to how many creatures were tapped this way. The card can both protect attackers by granting vigilance and punish non-attacking defenses or stalling strategies by forcing taps and life loss.
