At the beginning of your upkeep you may put an infection counter on this Aura, and at the beginning of the enchanted creature controller's upkeep the Aura deals damage to that player equal to the number of infection counters on it. The card serves as a recurring damage engine and political/attrition tool that can steadily punish opponents while attached to any creature.
