Archery Training (UDS 2) is a white Enchantment — Aura from Urza's Destiny that enchants a creature. At the beginning of your upkeep you may put an arrow counter on this Aura, and the enchanted creature gains an activated tap ability that deals damage equal to the number of arrow counters to a target attacking or blocking creature. Over multiple turns the aura can accumulate counters to increase that damage, letting a defender or smaller attacker be removed by the enchanted creature.
