X (UST-137 foil) is a legendary Human Spy from Unstable that interacts with ownership and control of cards in opponents’ hands. It can be cast and have its abilities activated while it’s in an opponent’s hand, and its activated abilities can put itself into an opponent’s hand or let you play or cast a card from whatever hand it currently inhabits without paying its mana cost. The unusual rules allow you to cast opponents’ cards temporarily under special timing and control rules, but those cards still belong to their owners for replacement effects and end-state destinations.
