Its effect gives you ten seconds to look at and rearrange cards in your library, and if you are still touching any when time expires you must shuffle. The card’s ruling clarifies you cannot change library contents and that your library must be a single face-down pile at the end of the interval, with a non-player acting as timekeeper recommended.
