Clocknapper (UST-29) is a blue creature — Human Spy from the Unstable set. When it enters the battlefield you choose a specific phase and during the targeted opponent’s next turn you effectively take that phase as if it were your turn, letting you perform actions tied to that phase instead of them. Its effect lets you interrupt the normal sequence of an opponent’s turn (for example replacing their draw step or taking their combat phase), enabling unique tempo and interaction that only applies in casual or silver-bordered games.
