Yet Another Aether Vortex (UND-60) is a red enchantment from the Unsanctioned set that makes every creature have haste and reveals the top card of each player's library. Noninstant, nonsorcery permanent cards on top of libraries are also on the battlefield under their owners' control in addition to remaining on top of the library. The effect creates odd interactions with Auras, lands, and enters/leaves-the-battlefield triggers, enabling unusual tempo and resource plays.
