Library of Leng (2ED-258) is an artifact from Unlimited Edition that sets your maximum hand size to no maximum. It replaces discard effects by letting you instead put discarded cards on top of your library, choosing individually and ordering multiple cards. It can be used as a defensive card advantage engine and to manipulate the top of your library for synergies with drawing or top-deck effects.
