The Miniaturizer (RW04d) is a Legendary Creature — Human Artificer from the Unknown Event expansion. When it enters the battlefield it 'soospects' up to one target creature, giving that creature first strike and preventing it from blocking. It can exile a creature card from your graveyard to create an Equipment artifact token copy of that creature whose equip cost equals its mana value and which grants the equipped creature +X/+X where X is the equipment's power.
