The Magic Bandit (RB04f) is a Legendary Creature — Human Rogue from the Unknown Event set. When it deals combat damage to an opponent you exile the top card of that player's library and may cast that card while exiled using mana of any type. Additionally, whenever you cast a spell or play a land you don't own, you copy that spell or land effect, enabling value and interaction with opponents' cards.
