The Fearsome Flock (RU04c) is a legendary Bird creature from the Unknown Event expansion with mana cost {3}{U}. It has flying and split second plus a level-up mechanic that increases its stats and grants powerful artifact-control abilities at higher levels. At lower levels it steals noncreature artifacts when it deals combat damage, and at level 4+ it lets you activate opponents' artifact abilities as if they were yours.
