Fourth Stage of Magic Design (RU07b) is a Rare enchantment from the Unknown Event set. Once per turn it lets you cast a nonland card as though it were another card that shares the same mana cost, with the restriction you can’t pick the same target card more than once. This effect can enable flexible plays and unexpected interactions by transforming spells of equal mana value into different choices on the fly.
