You can reveal it from your opening hand to trigger a replacement mulligan interaction at the first upkeep and it draws you cards on entry, including a three-card draw that forces a mulligan action for any number of players. Its 7/7 body with menace and the reveal mechanic make it a late-game threat that also provides immediate card advantage and a game-opening decision point.
