Opening Ceremony (UNF-404 foil) is a sorcery that adds one mana of each color plus one colorless. It lets you open an official sealed booster pack and cast spells from among the cards in that pack until end of turn while still paying costs and following timing rules. Spells cast this way are cast from outside the game but enter the game when cast and then go to their normal zones after resolving.
