Grand Marshal Macie (UNF-454 foil) is a legendary Human Performer creature card. You can keep her tapped to accrue pause counters that cost you life, and pay {2} and tap her to prevent a chosen "until end of turn" or "this turn" effect from ending while she stays tapped. Because the chosen effect can be from any source, she can be used to prolong or lock opponents' temporary effects, though the life loss from pause counters limits repeated use.
