You can choose to keep her tapped across turns by placing pause counters and losing life for each, and she removes all pause counters when she becomes untapped. For {2} and tapping her you can prevent any chosen “until end of turn” or similar duration effect from ending while she remains tapped, and that choice can target effects from any source.
