When it enters, its controller becomes a card placed seventh from the top of their library with cards balanced on their head, the controller gains seven life on entry, and drawing that card causes them to win the game. Official rulings note that while in the library the card is treated as a planeswalker with no mana cost, drawing yourself ends the card state, and there are safety guidelines for physically balancing cards on a player’s head.
