As it enters you choose a positive number, and whenever you cast a spell whose power, toughness, or loyalty equals that number it can turn a target artifact or creature into an artifact creature with base power and toughness X/X where X is the chosen number until end of turn. It also has Partner, allowing it to be paired with another commander that has Partner in formats that use commander rules.
