Finishing Move (UNF 425, foil) is a green sorcery from the Unfinity expansion. It gives you two TK (temporary tokens?) then lets you put a sticker on a nonland permanent you own and instructs a target creature you control to deal damage equal to its power to target creature an opponent controls. The sticker placement is chosen as the spell resolves and the spell requires selecting both a creature you control and a creature you don’t control as targets.
