Far Out is a foil white enchantment. It lets you choose one or more modes of modal spells and abilities you control instead of the printed number, but you can’t choose any single mode more than once. Official rulings clarify it applies only to modal options (including updated older cards), requires legal targets for modes that need them, and combines characteristics when chosen modes overlap.
