Dart Throw (UNF-208b) is an Artifact — Attraction from the Unfinity set. Its Visit ability asks you to throw a card you own from outside the game from ~3 feet; if that thrown card touches the Attraction, you claim the Prize which creates two 2/2 pink Teddy Bear tokens and sacrifices the Attraction. The card includes rulings clarifying that sleeves count, the thrown card must be an unmodified traditional Magic card, nobody may interfere with the throw, and contact is determined after the card stops moving.
