When it enters, a person outside the game chooses which of your creatures is most deserving and Blue Ribbon attaches to that creature, and the equipped creature gains best in show, letting you optionally copy spells or abilities that target other creatures you control so they can target the equipped creature instead. It has Equip 3, making it a mid-cost attachment that can move to another creature later in the game.
