Ingot Chewer (UMA-135) is a common Creature — Elemental from Ultimate Masters. It has an enters-the-battlefield ability that can destroy a target artifact and an Evoke cost of {R} that lets you cast it for a cheaper one-shot effect. That Evoke option makes it a flexible piece of artifact hate in limited or red decks that want a temporary, low-cost answer.
