When it enters the battlefield it destroys a target artifact, and it has Evoke {R} allowing it to be cast for a lower cost and sacrificed on entry. Its role is as a one-time artifact removal threat that can be played either as a full-cost 3/3 creature or as a cheap sacrifice effect to answer artifacts.
