Blast of Genius (UMA-197 foil) is a sorcery from Ultimate Masters that lets you draw three cards then discard a card. When you discard, it deals damage equal to the discarded card’s mana value to a chosen permanent or player. The spell requires {4}{U}{R} and can be used as a midgame card advantage play that doubles as a removal or burn effect depending on the discarded card.
