Wildcall (UGIN-146) is a green sorcery from Ugin's Fate that manifests the top card of your library and then places X +1/+1 counters on that manifested card. The manifested card enters the battlefield face down as a 2/2 creature and can later be turned face up any time for its mana cost if it is a creature card. The spell's X component determines how many +1/+1 counters are added, enabling scalable creature growth or bluff value.
