Selvala’s Stampede (PZ2-65787 foil) is a green sorcery that uses a council’s dilemma voting effect introduced with Conspiracy 2 and reprinted in Treasure Chest. Starting with you, players vote for wild or free; you reveal cards until you hit a creature for each wild vote and may put permanents from your hand onto the battlefield for each free vote. The revealed creatures enter simultaneously and any triggered abilities from those creatures will go on the stack after the spell finishes resolving, with order of controlled abilities chosen as specified by the rules.
