Reality Scramble (PZ2-70723) is a red sorcery from the Treasure Chest set that lets you target a permanent you own and replace it by revealing cards from your library until one shares a card type with that permanent, putting that revealed card onto the battlefield. The spell has Retrace, allowing you to cast it from your graveyard by discarding a land in addition to paying its mana cost. The card can target any permanent you own, including permanents another player controls that you own, and may fail to find a matching card if none exist in your library.
