It has flying and an enters-the-battlefield trigger that destroys a target opponent's creature, and it also exiles opponents' creatures that die to put a +1/+1 counter on each Vampire you control. The card supports Vampire tribal strategies by both removing blockers and growing your Vampire creatures over time.
