Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, you choose to either goad a creature that player controls or exile the top card of their library and may cast it this turn, spending mana as though it were any color. Its goad-plus-exile ability supports aggressive and chaos-focused red decks by forcing attacks and occasionally giving access to opponents' cards for tempo or value.
