When you cast it, you create copies equal to the number of times you've cast your commander from the command zone, and each copy and the original reveal cards from your library until a nonland permanent is revealed, allowing you to put one onto the battlefield. This card is built to generate multiple resolution events that can cheat permanents into play and trigger enter-the-battlefield effects across those copies.
