Aquitect's Will (PZ2-65865 foil) is a Kindred Sorcery — Merfolk from the Treasure Chest set. It puts a flood counter on target land and makes that land an Island while it has a flood counter, and it lets you draw a card if you control a Merfolk. The card can support a blue or Merfolk-focused deck by both fixing mana types and providing card advantage when your board contains Merfolk.
