Psychotic Episode (TSP-126 foil) is a black sorcery from the Time Spiral set that features the Madness keyword. Its primary effect reveals a target player’s hand and the top card of their library and lets you choose one revealed card to be put on the bottom of that player’s library. It can also be cast for its Madness cost when discarded, enabling graveyard- or discard-focused strategies.
