Paradise Plume (TSP-260) is an uncommon artifact from the Time Spiral expansion. As it enters the battlefield you choose a color; it can be tapped to add one mana of that color and its triggered ability lets you gain 1 life whenever any player casts a spell of the chosen color. Its triggered ability resolves before the spell that caused it to trigger and still resolves even if that spell is countered, per official rulings.
