Curse of the Cabal (TSP-99) is a rare black sorcery from the Time Spiral expansion that can be cast normally for {9}{B} or played via Suspend 2 for {2}{B}{B}. When cast, it forces a target player to sacrifice half of the permanents they control, rounded down. Its Suspend-triggered upkeep interaction can also be used to pressure opponents or accelerate the spell's arrival by allowing players to sacrifice permanents to add time counters.
