Curse of the Cabal (TSP-99 foil) is a black sorcery from Time Spiral. It makes the targeted player sacrifice half of their permanents, rounded down, and includes Suspend 2 for an alternative delayed-cast option. The suspended card also has a triggered upkeep interaction allowing players to sacrifice a permanent to add two time counters to it, changing how and when it will resolve.
